Google Form must be filled out before deliveries can begin

Deliveries will be Mondays between 10am and 2pm. Add-ons and payments must be place by Sunday at 2pm for delivery Monday. 

Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. 

Please make sure your drop-off Instructions are arranged before ordering.
