Owning A Family Milk Cow Class (03/29/25)

March 29, 2025, Heritage Farms will be hosting a Family Milk Cow class. Whether you already own a milk cow or you are interested in purchasing one in the future. This class will help you learn more about owning a Milk Cow in the South Texas Region. Topics being discussed will be types of feeding, health care, milking, milk handling, cow handling, and more. This will be a very hands on class from hand milking to cow restraint to keep you and your cow safe. 

Class will be from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Lunch will be provided. This class is not suitable for children, as we will be dealing with cattle in close proximity. If you are nursing or have a baby under 1 please contact Crystal for details.
